President Hu pointed out that this personnel adjustment is the result of full consideration and deliberation by the general Party branch and the board of directors in combination with the problems and deficiencies found during the practice of business model reform. This time, the personnel adjustment is relatively large and has been carried out in all departments and subsidiaries of the group company, which reflects the characteristics of centralized management of human resources under group management. President Zhou finally put forward three requirements.
